READ Act Intervention Services

Step to Success Community Learning Center, one of only two tutoring programs selected by the Colorado Department of Education to serve schools through the READ Act, provides one-on-one instructional support for students placed in Tier 2 and Tier 3 Instruction and Intervention Programs. The nature of our instruction is designed around the scientifically proven methods of one-on-one, multisensory instruction, using Lexia Reading Core 5, a Colorado approved Instruction Program. Step to Success offers schools, teachers who are already highly trained in successful methods of instruction and the use of Lexia Reading Core 5 web-based curriculum. Students meet 3 to 4 times a week with one of our reading specialists through our virtual classroom and receive one-on-one instruction. Students don't need to leave their school. We come to them through the world of technology. Classroom teachers now have an ally and the extra support they need to ensure their RTI program runs smoothly and students receive their weekly supplemental instruction. Our program eliminates the high cost of training, monitoring, and managing RTI support staff. Call us today to set-up an appointment!

Step to Success has been providing supplemental after school tutoring services since 2002. We have a record of student achievement and professional integrity. All our programs are delivered using scientific and researched based methods. Our blended and multisensory instruction works for all learning styles and student populations. We guarantee students will gain a grade level or we continue tutoring until they do. Through this program Step to Success has been able to give hundreds of laptops to school children so that they can continue to learn well beyond tutoring.
