Instructions for using the online scheduler:

Step 1: Review teacher information to determine which teacher is the best fit for your child's needs.
Step 2: Go to the calendar and choose the date and time you would like to receive services. Tutor's available times are listed per each day that they are available.
Step 3: Choose the tutor and click on his/her name.
Step 4: Complete the contact form and click on Schedule Appointment. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.

**Drop in Appointments must be scheduled by midnight the Friday prior to the next week.

Please give your tutor 8 hours advance notice via e-mail or telephone call if you will miss a scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Make up appointments are not available in the online drop in program.
